FMC’s 90th anniversary celebration
Regretfully cancelled due to the Covid pandemic.

Taonga Lands and Waters:
Conservation and Recreation for the Future
Kia ora tatou,
It is with regret that I must let you know that due to the Covid pandemic, Federated Mountain Clubs has cancelled our 90th Celebration: Taonga Lands and Waters: Conservation and Recreation for the Future.
To all those who registered to attend, FMC deeply appreciates your commitment to the conference and its kaupapa. All registration fees will be refunded as soon as possible. Please contact administrator@fmc.org.nz if you have not received your refund by the end of October.
We look forward to a special Backcountry feature in March next year with contributions from as many of our speakers as possible. Commemorative 90th Anniversary T-shirts are also available from our friends at UNCO tees. Visit www.fmc.org.nz/90th-tee to order.
Just a few ways that we’ll be able to honour the milestone, despite cancellation of the celebration.
Again, thankyou for your support.
Ka mihi,
Jan Finlayson.
