2019 FMC Exec Nominations

It’s that time of the year again when we ask all our member clubs to think about nominating someone for the Executive. It is a stimulating body to work with, bringing together people from right around NZ and dealing with a wide range of outdoor recreation related issues. If you have skills in social media, administration, finance or a planning background then you would be especially welcome but we also need people who are club members and go tramping! The Executive is a working executive and usually holds 3 meetings a year. All your costs are met.
This year is going to be a big one as the maximum 3-year term for our President comes to an end, and a new President will be elected.
Remember that elections are run by email and all clubs are encouraged to vote. We no longer require a General Meeting in order to conduct the election for Executive.
Nominations can be on this form, or a club may simply email its nominations directly to eo@fmc.org.nz, provided each nominee also sends an email consenting to the nomination. All nominations must be received by e-mail no later than 5pm on 11 April 2019.
