FMC Training Workshops 2008/09

These weekends provide training for club instructors, leaders and others to increase their abilities and help them become effective trainers and leaders within their clubs. Clubs are great providers of outdoors training on club courses and through shared experiences on trips. FMC training aims to help all members through lifting the training effectiveness of key club people. A workshop style is adopted allowing sharing and learning from the rich experience of all participants. Participants in previous FMC workshops found them highly rewarding.
Please consider nominating club members to attend these workshops. A nomination can be downloaded.

Subsidy

Recognising the importance of these training opportunities the FMC executive will continue subsidising the workshops to 50% of the costs.

Travel

Participants will make their own travel arrangements to get to the workshop venue on the Friday evening. FMC will facilitate car-pooling by letting people know who else from their area is attending. The nomination form can also be downloaded.
